But people do not know the fact that most natural homebirths are only recommended to women that are healthy enough to undergo it.  In other words if the woman has a history of medical problems or birthing problems I won’t take them.  Generally the women I do assist in my certified midwives San Diego practice are women who have had no history of complications.Once I sense that the delivery is high risk then I would tell them to have a hospital delivery instead.
